We are hiring reliable, high-energy instructors for our after-school sports programs
Program Sites
Candidates must have reliable transportation to lead Soccer and Basketball sessions at:
Deale Elementary School: Deale, MD
Walter S. Mills-Parole Elementary School: Annapolis, MD
George Cromwell Elementary School: Glen Burnie, MD
Session Details & Pay
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour ($37.50 – $45.00 per session)
. Session Length: Short 1.5-hour daily sessions
. Typical Times: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM (No weekends)
. Schedule: 3–4 afternoons per week
. No Planning Required: Structured curriculum and support are provided

Key Responsibilities
Sport-Specific Coaching: Lead drills and small-sided games for Basketball and Soccer (Grades K-5).
Leadership: Manage groups of 15–20 students, emphasizing teamwork, character, and the "BBA Way."
Logistics: Oversee student check-in/out and the professional setup/breakdown of sports equipment.
Requirements
Reliability: Success depends on on-time, dependable candidates who fit this specific schedule
. Background Check: Must pass comprehensive fingerprinting and background checks meeting Anne Arundel County Public Schools (AACPS) standards.
Communication: Ability to provide clear instruction and maintain a positive, high-energy environment.
